WINTER STORAGE

 

 

 

 

As a rule, units are placed in storage the first weekend in November and released from storage at the end of March or beginning of April.  You are assigned a date to deliver your unit for storage and assigned an approximate two hour period in which to do so.  Release time is assigned at a specific date and time and is based on placement in the building.

 

The price per unit is $140 for the first 20’ of occupied space and $8.00 per foot thereafter.  All units under 20’ shall pay the minimum fee of $140.  Per State of Ohio law, all fees will be accessed sales tax at the current rate.

 

The storage application must be returned to us accompanied by a $50 non-refundable deposit.  The balance of the storage fee is due at the time the unit is brought in for storage unless arrangements are made in advance with the Secretary.

 

All reservations are made via the application and deposit process.  Reservations cannot be made by fax or telephone.

 

Buildings/Barns are not heated.  Concrete and asphalt space is limited and reserved for cars. 

 

Storage is first offered to those who have previously stored.  These individuals have until September 8th to return their application.  Thereafter, space is opened to those who are either on a waiting list or who have already made application.  Space is then assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

 

Once we declare our status as "FULL", we will begin a waiting list.  If we receive a cancellation or if we find space is available after all units are placed in storage we will contact those on the waiting list.  Contact is, for the most part, made either on the first Sunday in November or within the seven days following.
