Sponsorship Opportunities

 

 PREMIER FAIR SPONSOR

  • Company Banner placed at each of the four entrance gates for the week of fair
  • Company Name will appear on the front of the fair flier listing company as Premier Fair Sponsor
  • Listed/Mentioned as Premier Sponsor in all print and media advertising and promotions
  • Eight Daily PA announcements during the fair
  • 150 VIP fair passes
  • Name on large sign at main gate (signage remains up for one year)
  • 10x10 indoor booth space for the week of fair  - and/or -  15x15 outside booth space for the week of fair

 DAY AT THE FAIR SPONSOR

  • Company Banner placed at each of the four entrance gates for the day of the sponsorship
  • Company Name will appear in the fair flier on the day of the sponsorship
  • Listing in newspaper ads promoting that specific day of the fair
  • Six PA announcements on the day of the sponsorship
  • 70 VIP fair passes
  • 10x10 indoor booth space for the week of fair  - or -  15x15 outside booth space for the week of fair

 SINGLE EVENT YOUTH SPONSOR

  • Company Banner placed at the site of the event
  • Company Name will appear in the fair flier next to the event listing
  • Two PA announcements the day of the event
  • Company Name to appear on ribbons distributed for the event (when applicable)
  • 20 - 30 VIP fair passes (depending on event)

Example of Events:  4-H King & Queen Contest, Youth Premium Book Cover Design Contest, etc

 KID'S DAY CIRCUS or KABOOTLESTOPPERS (each event held three times per day all week)

  • Company Banner placed at the site of the event for the week of the fair
  • Company Name will appear in the fair flier
  • Listing in newspaper ads promoting the event
  • Three PA announcements each day of fair when announcing event
  • 70 VIP fair passes
  • 10x10 indoor booth space for the week of fair  - or -  15 x 15 outdoor booth space for the week of fair

 LOCAL ENTERTAINMENT STAGE or LOCAL ENTERTAINMENT GAZEBO

  • Company Banner placed at location for the week of the fair
  • Company Name will appear in the fair flier
  • Listing in newspaper ads promoting the event
  • Two PA announcements each day of fair
  • 30 VIP fair passes
  • 10x10 indoor booth space for the week of fair  - or -  15x15 outdoor booth space for the week of fair

 YOUTH PARK SPONSOR

  • Company Banner placed on the Youth Park Pavillion for the week of the fair
  • Company Name will appear in the fair flier
  • Listing in newspaper ads
  • PA announcements throughout the day announcing events held in the youth park
  • 50 VIP fair passes
  • 10x10 indoor booth space for the week of fair  - or -  15x15 outdoor booth space for the week of fair

 GRANDSTAND SPONSOR (Sponsorship available for each event OR a Premier Sponsorship for the week)

  • Company Banner placed at event site on either the day of the event or if Premier Sponsor than all week
  • Company Name will appear in the fair flier
  • Listing in newspaper ads
  • 40 VIP fair passes
  • Booth space in grandstand during the event or if Premier Sponsor than all week

Events:  2 Demolition Derby events, Rough Truck Contest, 3 Truck& Tractor Pull events, Motocross

 GOLF CART SPONSOR

  • Sign placed on golf cart for the week of fair
  • 5 VIP fair passes

Golf Carts are used by Fairboard Directors the week of fair.  High Visibility

 TRANSPORT SHUTTLE

  • Sign place on shuttle for the week of fair
  • 10 VIP fair passes

Shuttles run periodically throughout the day to transport people from parking lot to gate
